Step5　Designing dies and production

　OTK consults a forging suitable method, designs dies by 3D CAD, and produces dies by manufacturing machine. Our highly skilled craftmen will do fine adjustments of dies by their hand work.

Setp 6　Prototype

　OTK produces a prototype of the products by using a suitable forging method, then confirms with a customer.

Step 7　Mass production

　With your final confirmation, OTK provides the products with your desired lots and delivery time.
